Growing on slopes, set amongst the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains, are the superb quality Clear Range Truffles. The highly sought after Australian Black Truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) are thriving in the ideal growing conditions of the area.

Bordered by the Murrumbidgee River and the ACT’s Namadgi National Park, this family run truffiere (truffle farm) was established in 2013, with the planting of two varieties of certified innoculated oak trees. The first Clear Range truffle was unexpectedly stumbled across in 2017, causing great excitement for farm owners Mark and Maureen.

Subsequent years have seen increasing yields of quality, aromatic truffles. These have been supplied with great success to a variety of Canberra restaurants. We are very proud to be associated with local Canberra and regional establishments and we are very grateful for their support. Clear Range Truffles are also distributed nationally and internationally through wholesale marketers.

Clear Range Truffles are produced without the use of chemicals.

Clear Range Truffles is a proud member of the NSW/ACT Truffle Marketing Cooperative, EAT Truffle.

Subject to availability, Clear Range Truffles can also be purchased by members of the public (annually from mid June to the end of August).
